Niantic Announced New Pokemon GO Surprise McDonalds Event with IV Changes

Pokemon GO teams have recently launched new surprise event called “Pokemon GO McDonalds Event” in Japan. It’s the second time that Niantic chosen to host a Pokemon GO event in Japan.

In last November, Pokemon GO teams launched the special Lapras event in the Tohoku region of the Japan. With the latest Pokemon GO events, the company is celebrating their Golden (Goruden) Week. To commemorate this,  every PokeStop that happens to be a McDonald’s – who is a Pokemon GO sponsor – will be automatically lured.

During the Pokemon GO McDonalds Event, over 2500 PokeStops across the country which will be spawning more rare Pokemon 24 hours a day seven days a week up until May 7.

The Pokémon GO Japan Twitter account posted a note: “During the period from April 29 (Sat) to May 7 (Sun), the petals will dance at “PokeStops” at about 2,500 domestic MacDonald’s, and the “Lure module celebration event” will be held, so that you can get a lot of Pokemon!”

The Pokemon GO McDonalds Event allow players to discovered other subtle change to trainer IV’s. These changes had already affect on the mechanics of wild Pokemon encounters altered changed dramatically. So, now the wild Pokémon GO no longer to have the core stats for every player that fight then, the stats would be different as per the level of the game.

Niantic has made another subtle change to the game, meaning that any a Pokemon’s IV, moves, and Combat Power are now completely random for all Trainers between the levels of 1 to Level 29. Though, as before all trainers beyond level 30 will encounter Pokemon with the exact same stats IV, Moves, Weight and Height.

The Pokemon GO team is also working on the biggest upcoming Pokemon GO Easter Event which rumored to launch in summer 2017. Pokemon Go trainers were offered the opportunity to hatch a whole variety of rare 10K Pokemon in 2K eggs. Players also received double the amount of XP for any catches, hatches or PokeStops spun as well as a few extra Candy for every Pokemon hatched.

Pokemon GO has also announced on Twitter about how much Pokemon GO trainers hatched eggs? They wrote “Congratulations, Trainers. You collectively hatched 87 million Eggs during the #PokemonGO Eggstravaganza!”
