Galaxy Note 8 dummy leaks : By the time Samsung announces the Galaxy Note 8 next week, there will really be nothing left to be surprised about its feature. Before we dive into the details, it’s worth nothing that we can’t verify these images as authorised. These images seem to match up with past leaks and rumors of Samsung galaxy note series phones.
As expected, it appears Samsung has carried over ‘Infinity Display’ design as we saw from the Samsung Galaxy S8.
But for practical uses, the Galaxy Note 8’s most interesting feature will be its dual camera. This is a first kind of new development on Samsung devices. The dual cameras on the Galaxy Note 8 will boast of 2x optical zoom.
Apart from dual cameras, the s pen will also a major feature that will differentiate the Galaxy Note 8 from the other galaxy phones. Like on the ill-fated Galaxy Note 7, users will be able to write notes even when the screen is off, or create GIFs from videos to send to friends.
Some news sources also confirms the 6.3-inch QHD+ screen, larger than the Galaxy S8+’s 6.2 inches, wireless charging, and IP68 dust and water proof rating. There’s also an emphasis placed on making it dirt simple to switch from an older Samsung Galaxy phone to the Galaxy Note using its USB-C cable and a provided adapter.
Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy Note 8 at a dedicated Galaxy Unpacked launch event on August 23 in New York City. We’ll be updating you with news live as the event happens, so stay tuned to the mobile updates.
